Hello all! My name is Jason Conrad. I am a recent graduate from Turing School of Software and Design.
My Journey into Software Development is the culmination of a journey looking for the perfect combination of three of my passions: technology, building things, and people. This industry allows me to look at everyday life and think of ways that I could build programs to make it better or somehow easier. The possibilities are endless and that is beautiful.
Before my time at Turing I worked in the retail industry for about 6 years. While I enjoyed what it was that I was doing I realized that retail was not where I wanted to be for the rest of my life. I started the process of looking into what it was I wanted to do with my life. I had always had an interest in technology but never really knew what I could do with it. After quite a bit of research and talking to a bunch of people I settled on learning software development at Turing.
A little personal information about myself. My hobbies include playing guitar (or anything that has to do with music for that matter), cooking, anything sports related, and as of recently coding.
